The Hall County Sheriff’s Office ADVANCE programs offers proactive strategies to enhance protective factors for young people.

Sheriff Couch is committed to the education and safety of the children in Hall County.  The Hall County Sheriff's Office School Resource Officers facilitate the A.D.V.A.N.C.E. (Avoiding Drugs, Violence, and Negative Choices Early) program to fifth graders at our twenty elementary schools in Hall County.
