Senior Sergeant Ron Dobbins currently serves as an ADVANCE Instructor serving all elementary schools in Hall County. In addition, Mr. Dobbins began his career with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office in 1993 as a Detention Center Officer and worked with the School Resource Program since it's inception.

Mr. Dobbins is a native of Gwinnett County graduating from Dacula High School.

In his free time he enjoys music, and spending quality time with his children.
